Founder

Adv. Namrata Singh is a distinguished legal professional and business strategist, currently practicing at the Calcutta High Court. Her career spans over a decade across the investment, banking, and insurance sectors, where she built a strong foundation in financial systems, risk assessment, corporate processes, and client management.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2011, when she successfully founded her own travel and events venture, marking the start of her transition from corporate leadership to independent business ownership. Driven by a vision to create a multi‑vertical consulting ecosystem, she further expanded into business advisory by establishing Prodizy Consultancy Services in 2015. The firm initially specialized in Stock Audits and Business Development Services, before gradually evolving into the diversified consultancy it is today.

Fuelled by her lifelong aspiration to practice law, Adv. Namrata completed her LL.B. in 2019, after which she commenced her legal career—first with the District Courts, and subsequently advancing to practice before the Calcutta High Court. Her legal acumen, combined with her business experience, gives her a uniquely strategic perspective that benefits both corporate and individual clients.

At Prodizy Consultancy, she leads the Legal Consultancy and Business Development divisions, steering them with precision, clarity, and a strong client‑centric approach. Her exceptional capability in networking, stakeholder engagement, and public relations continues to be a driving force behind the firm’s growth—strengthening Prodizy’s brand presence and consistently pushing the organization closer to its long‑term vision.

Co-Founder

Rishabh Raj Singh is a dynamic and accomplished professional with an exceptional academic foundation, holding three Master’s degrees in Commerce, English, and Business Administration, along with being a semi‑qualified Chartered Accountant under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His diverse educational background, combined with over a decade of hands‑on industry exposure, positions him as a well‑rounded leader with deep analytical and operational expertise.

Rishabh began his professional journey in 2012 under a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm, where he gained extensive experience across Audit, Accounts, and Taxation. Over the years, he has worked across sectors such as Finance, Education, and Marketing, consistently helping organizations design, refine, and implement internal controls and process frameworks that enhance efficiency, compliance, and governance.

His regulatory exposure spans major government and national bodies including the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Department of Personnel & Training, Reserve Bank of India, and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, allowing him to bring a strong compliance‑driven perspective to every engagement.

Rishabh is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, currently pursuing further enrichment through ISO 27001 and TPRM qualifications. His expertise empowers Prodizy’s clients with structured, standards‑aligned systems that strengthen operational reliability and risk management.

Beyond his technical credentials, Rishabh is known for his exceptional public speaking and training abilities. He has been invited repeatedly to deliver lectures, conduct soft‑skills programs, and address diverse audiences with clarity and impact. His commitment to community development is reflected through his active involvement in social initiatives under renowned platforms such as Lions Club International, EICASA, and Robin Hood Army.
